By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
We provide custom web design, development, hosting, and maintenance services as agreed upon with each client. All work is carried out by Muhammad Ravat.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the website goes live. Monthly management fees are billed on a recurring basis.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website design and content. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Ravat Sites shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
